CAG raise money at Bankies game

We were very pleased to go to the Clydebank FC game at Holm Park this Saturday to do some fundraising for Clydebank Asbestos Group.

It felt really fitting to be collecting for Clydebank Asbestos Group at the ground of our local team, and a number of people stopped to chat to our volunteers about their own experiences of asbestos-related disease.

We were given a very warm welcome by all at Clydebank FC and one of our young volunteer fundraisers even got to come onto the pitch and present a trophy to player Matt Niven to celebrate his 150^th appearance!

We’re really thankful for the generous support of the fans - we raised a brilliant £350! And to add to the success of the day, Clydebank won 4-0!
